Join Cordon Bleu-trained chef Tom Whitehead to explore the world of sausage making. You will learn to make four traditional styles of sausages using pork and lamb. Techniques for stuffing natural casings and making patties will be covered. Not only are sausages convenient and versatile, but they are an excellent way to prevent food waste, transforming leftovers into a delicious treat!

If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, you must call at least 48 hours prior to the class in order to receive a class credit. 24 hour cancellations or no-shows will be billed in full.This applies to gift certificates as well.
