JULIA CHILD CLASSICS with Tom Whitehead

Julia Child is credited with bringing French cuisine to America in the early 1960s. Cordon Bleu-trained chef Tom Whitehead shares Julia’s love of French cooking and will whet your appetite with a wonderfully delicious French menu.

In this class you will prepare four classic French favorites: Onion Soup GratinĂ©e, Beef Bourguignon, Haricots Verts a la Maitre d’Hotel, and Reine de Saba (Chocolate Almond Cake). Bring a hearty appetite and be transported to Paris in early spring.

If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, you must call at least 48 hours prior to the class in order to receive a class credit. 24 hour cancellations or no-shows will be billed in full.This applies to gift certificates as well.
