FLAVORS OF THAILAND with ASHLEY BROOKS: RED CURRY

This class is the second in a series of three Thai Curry classes led by Ashley Brooks, a graduate of the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in Denver, Colorado and the Chiang Mia Thai Cookery School in Thailand.

In each class, you will learn to make authentic versions of some of Thailand’s most popular dishes. Using a mortar and pestle, you will make your own curry pastes and learn how to use them in a variety of dishes.

You may sign up for each of the three classes individually or you may choose to take all three (Green, Red, and Yellow Curry) at the discounted price of $250. If you select this option, please call the office to reserve: 434-963-2665.

If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, you must call at least 48 hours prior to the class in order to receive a class credit. 24 hour cancellations or no-shows will be billed in full.This applies to gift certificates as well. You may send someone in your place if you cannot make it to class.
