This class is the second in a series of three Thai Curry classes led by Ashley Brooks, a graduate of the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in Denver, Colorado and the Chiang Mia Thai Cookery School in Thailand.
In each class, you will learn to make authentic versions of some of Thailand’s most popular dishes. Using a mortar and pestle, you will make your own curry pastes and learn how to use them in a variety of dishes.
