In this class, you will learn to make authentic versions of Thailand’s most popular dishes. You will use a mortar and pestle to make your own green curry and learn how to use the curry in various dishes. The class instructor, Ashley Brooks, is a graduate of the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in Denver, Colorado and the Chiang Mia Thai Cookery School in Thailand.
