COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS: VIRGINIA FESTIVAL OF THE BOOK

The Charlottesville Cooking School is delighted to continue its tradition of hosting cookbook authors during the Virginia Festival of the Book. This year we welcome the following four authors throughout the day on Thursday, March 22. Each will discuss his/her book and cook something tasty for you to sample from its pages.

12:00-1:00           Jamie DeMent: The Farmhouse Chef

2:00-3:00             Lindsey Smith: Eat Your Feelings

4:00-5:00             Barbara Pleasant: Homegrown Pantry

If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, you must call at least 48 hours prior to the class in order to receive a class credit. 24 hour cancellations or no-shows will be billed in full.This applies to gift certificates as well. You may send someone in your place if you cannot make it to class.
