In this class, you will learn to make your own corn tortillas, discovering the tasty homemade difference in each of the tacos you create from the tortillas–fish, steak, and pinto bean. Ashley will introduce you to both dried and fresh chilis and teach you how to select the right chili for the right salsa. Expect an evening of exploration and awakening of the senses.
